1.Acceptance
By placing an order or creating an account on ZukiBooks you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2.The service
ZukiBooks creates personalised illustrated storybooks featuring a character based on a photo you provide. Books are produced by our fulfilment partner and shipped to the address you specify.
3.Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order. Each account is for a single user.
4.Orders and payment
Prices are shown in CHF and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or technical errors in pricing.
5.Returns and refunds
Because each book is personalised, we can only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or with a production defect. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will resend or refund.
6.Intellectual property
The book design, illustration style, and story text are the intellectual property of Cambrian Ventures. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to the finished book. You may not reproduce or resell it.
7.Photos you upload
By uploading a photo you confirm that you have the right to use it (e.g., you are the parent or guardian of the child depicted). You grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of creating your book.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Urdorf, Switzerland.
