We collect your name, email address, and the photos you upload to create your personalized storybook. We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and session duration to improve our service.
2.How we use your data
Your photo is used solely to generate the illustrated character in your child's book. Your email is used to send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and (with your consent) marketing communications. We never sell your personal data.
3.Photo handling and retention
Uploaded photos are processed to create the illustrated character and are deleted from our servers within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties.
4.Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. With your consent we use analytics cookies (via an anonymised service) to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookie preferences at any time.
5.Data sharing
We share your shipping address with our fulfilment partner solely to deliver your order. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never touches our servers. We do not share any other data with third parties.
6.Your rights

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to personal data within our team is limited to those who need it to fulfil your order. We conduct regular security reviews.
